Just hung up on the lady friend who started yelling at me.

Seems she has some of a neighbors Large Maple Branches hanging onto her roof. Wants me to use my truck bed to reach them with a pole saw.

One, a branch hitting my (tuna fish can skinned) truck will make a $2000.00 dent!

Two. those seem a little large for an electric (Oregon) pole saw.

Three, done high up, the Oregon saw can't pivot and will get bound up. then what?

If she has the job all figured out, why doesn't she do it? I'm happy to help, but suggest the job to be done and let me size it up.

I used my Echo pole saw to clean trees and bushes off about 800' of fence down along the creek. This is only part of what was cleaned up to make way for a new fence. I had to postpone clearing for a few days until I got rid of those devils. Luckily I saw it before I got stung.

Geeze!!!!! And today I thought running into a few wasps was a problem. Glad you saw....(as in viewing) them before they saw (as in sting) you.

Most weekends we are clearing trails or campgrounds. Here are some photos taken over the past few days. We commonly get strung by a variety of wasp types and this weekend was no different. We carry epipens kit with us in our sawyer FA kit. One day we cleaned up a trail so our hand trike operating friend could better utilize it. Pole saws rock in our book. :thumbsup:

All our Echo power heads went into the repair shop this week and I had cutting to do. Yes, we do break and wear them out but I've always wanted to test a kombi from Stihl to compare the two. What you see here is a brand spanking new KM 131 R Yes its already muddy from being used yesterday. So far I really like it!

What exactly is a Kombi? You can put a string trimmer head on it?
