It's mostly people from the populated areas of Massachusetts who are buying homes up here because of virus and civil unstability paying outrageous prices,... by our standards. My biggest fear is that they're creating another bubble, and when it crashes the real estate market will be in the doldrums for quite some time.

Also with interest rates so low buying is looking good.

There’s a whole two inches there that’s all rot between the bark and the solid wood, the stand was that about 40 years ago.
This stand is 60 years old there’s a few differences between the two besides size as well as height, bark is completely different.
