72F and clear @ 21:45, overnight low headed to a rather mild 62F.
Upstairs cats are at back sliding glass door in dining room howling at new visitor cat, who has been showing up here for the last week or so. Seems like a strong candidate for number 5 ...
WB refilled halfway, last planting hole prepped in northeast bed. One rhododendron dug, moved, transplanted, and watered in.
A couple shots of the donor/parent, as of this last removal:
LOL ... I've barely made a dent in it ... at this rate it's gonna be a multi-year project ...
Got three pallets of retaining wall block moved onto the concrete from the ground in back, moved another three back there after that.
Moved auger rack over onto the new circle/driveway temporarily.
Brought one bucketload of mulch down and dumped by the new transplant.
Talked to the guy with the fill dirt, he's gonna call me tomorrow and set up a time to drop a load off. Sounds like his dump truck should be able to pull inside the barn ... which would be real good, since it saves me having to move it again.
Back of shrub bucket for RNG:
Hope everyone had a great day.
