The single lever manifold may be useful to the few that actually dismount their loader, but it is also a troublesome leak prone frill that is expensive to repair once out of warranty.

Man, now you guys have me questioning the addition of that feature.

Just ask yourself:
1) How often will I really dismount my loader?
2) How difficult is it for me to couple/uncouple 4 individual hoses with conventional couplers?

Having a QA device so you can drop your bucket in seconds while leaving a reasonable amount of front ballast on the tractor makes dismounting the entire loader a rare occurrence for many, if not most tractor owners. If you have a mid mount mower you may be more likely to dismount the loader than the average CUT owner without a mid mower.

You could search here for BX, LA344S and LA340S owners with leaking single point loader manifolds. The manifolds on the LA535 are the exact same parts & pieces.

I hate mowing with a loader on. ( with a bushhog not MMM ) I drop it off almost every time I mow. I can do it in just a couple minutes. You can drive faster without a loader, it bounces the tractor a surprising amount worse, visibility is much better with it off, and you can get a lot closer to obstacles with it off.

That’s fine if you don’t end up light in the front with zero ballast.

Well, I don't plan on having the loader on very often. Only when I re-grade my driveway or my easement, so it will not be on most of the time. I'll give the dealer a call Monday morning. He has already ordered the parts, so I don't think I can cancel that.

Edit: If they say that I can't cancel that part, then maybe I can just pay for the parts and have him deliver the tractor now, as it is. That is the only thing that I'm waiting on for it to be delivered. Everything else is ready.

The loader was probably ordered with the manifold installed, every 535 we have had arrived with it hanging from the hoses.

That was the reason for my initial question, since they said they would order the parts to add to the standard loader. They had the standard loader there, so if I just cancel the parts order, I suppose they can just deliver the tractor now.

I did get in touch with the dealer today and they said that they can cancel the Swift-Tach. I assumed that the single lever would make it easy, but seeing the problems, scared me away.
