Grilled American and Swiss with homemade chicken soup...

Ham and cheese sliders on Hawaiian buns with ham and bean soup...

Ham, turkey and avocado and Swiss paninis....

Grilled cheese with crab meat, pita chips and pickles...

What ever happened to fried bologna on toast or white bread. Ran into a small Mom and Pop sandwich shop in Richburg, SC where it was the Headliner on the menu.

Im living on about 50 cents/meal and only 1 or 2 meals a day or I eat the scraps the kids throw away.

Believe it not, I could go for a fried Spam sandwich on toast, with a tad of Miracle Whip and a big slice of tomato!

Our kids are out on their own now (almost). We have $ for food now, and there's leftovers for lunch again.... it's been 27ish years. :laughing:

Had to eat some leftover BBQ Salmon from the Weekend. It doesn't keep long.

Grilled Munich Style Rye Bread, with Swiss cheese, and Tarter Sauce. Not Bad! Lady Friend looked at me sideways on the weekend when I brought the Tarter sauce to the table for the Salmon.
