My condolences; I find it hard to elaborate though. We just lost our little Boston Lucy about a month ago, and I still tear up if I dwell on it.

Thank you 2Lane. I did know you had a Boston. Sorry for your loss. It’s a rotten thing to go through for sure.

Thank you! She's such a sweetheart. Plays a bit rough sometimes but she's only a year and three months old. She loves EVERYONE, dogs, even cats! (but unfortunately our cat is not a big fan of her so she gets swatted a lot)

My first dog was a Boston, she came to me when I was 8 and lived till I was 22; slept with me every night I was home. She was without a doubt, an Angel. I am now 62 and thinking of her will bring tears to my eyes... and a huge smile at the same time. My heart goes out to you.

No matter how many dogs you have in your life there are always just one or two who were "Yours", and the memories still stick with you long after they're gone.

To this "drysider" it seems like it's raining all the time. And, I guess, we ARE getting a little extra.

However - it's all the cool, cloudy weather that's keeping everything so green. Usually by the first week in June we are getting pretty hot. Not so much this year. Mind you - I'm not complaining. Because, one of these days, somebody will throw the switch and it will be hot, hot, hot and dry.
