Thomas are bears territorial? I thought they lived in groups but that was an assumption only. There are about six bears above us but they only venture down here to raid bird feeder

good morning all. Chilly night, 32 out now, frost on truck and lawn, probably not good for the just planted flowers. Temps are rising again, this is pretty cold
for this time of year here

Meanwhile MD is going to make everyone wear face coverings when you go out. The CDC has done a 180 on their stance
about face coverings.

I'm a little upset over this, have felt from the beginning that everyone should be wearing masks in public, and only because we didn't have enough
we were literally conned to not wear them. I know why, we didn't have enough to go around. Now we do I guess, but why not be honest up front?
The rest of the civilized world is wearing them. So many people have died from this, I bet their families are wondering if their loss could have been prevented with a different approach up front.

Good Morning. It's a cool 45° and calm here this morning. Our high should be near 79° this afternoon.

The brush pile I planned to burn yesterday got a reprieve for a day. The wind came up higher, than I was happy with, to light it. As rain is in our forecast for tomorrow .. it might wait a bit longer.

Don .. info on your Agarita plants. They don't seem to in our area .. at least natively. I'm glad .. as I've got all I need with all our yaupon.

Good morning, maybe we have been given your quota of sunshine Roy, the sun is shining yet again and without any doubt will do so all day long. Our weather is not supposed to do this, April should be only occasional glimpses of sun in between showers of rain. Our next shortage after toilet paper will be sunscreen :confused2:

So no restriction about spending the stimulus cheque on American produced goods, everyone can use it to stimulate the Chinese economy too ? I better not ask any more or this could get too political, what a remarkably altruistic nation many of you live in

Amidst lots of Covid-19 doom and gloom news and ever tighter restrictions (even our dump site is now closed ), there are some real heartwarming gems. A few days ago a 99 year old gentleman decided to raise a bit of money for the National Health Service. Each day he set out with the aid of his walker to do a few laps of his back garden, hoping that by the end of the month, when he reaches his 100th birthday, he would have completed 100 laps and raised ï½£1,000 pounds. Word spread, his efforts have so far raised 12 MILLION pounds.

No restrictions on stimulus money. I’m sure peoples spending habits won’t change. Those that need it to pay the rent will still buy drugs with it and still complain they can’t afford groceries.
I’m thinking guns and ammo. If I can find something out there. Too bad MD is such an anti 2A state, they make it really hard.
I made a joke on FB about the CDC doing a 180° about face on wearing masks, and some people came unglued. I’m expecting demonstrations outside my house today.

Not sure on how to answer your question other than what I seen over the years.
When it's mating season all rules are off.
Bigger the bear straighter line to food source,if young bear should challenge will get fast education.
More than one bear together good chance there family more tolerance towards each other.

Drew, my point exactly. But now it’s wear any kind of face covering, after they went to great lengths to show how cloth coverings were ineffective.

My dad still feeds them.
My BIL thinks he got CV19 at a birding event in early March. They had a guest speaker from California.
