Have you ever tried Wet & Forget Kyle? No rinsing, no bleach. It doesn't work fast but, does keep surfaces clean for a long time.

I use it with my pressure washer foam gun.

I'll bet it works good. Make sure you cover up well when spraying it. That's some pretty tough stuff. Here is the SDS sheet.

I believe it to be quite corrosive, but I will defer to any chemical peeps out there.

Spray it on but, DO NOT rinse it off. The W&F has a residual effect. In a pump up sprayer mix it 1 part W&F to 5 parts water.

I use my PW Foam gun to treat 2nd story from the ground.

If I recall when WWII started we as a country were ill prepared. When Japan bombed Pearl Harbor one out our lowest points. In less than four years we were a manufacturing giant. Dr. Siegel gave a Covid 19 update this morning...good news vs. other info I had heard. C19 can live on:
- plastics - 2 to 3 days
- wood - 1 day
- metal - 3 to 4 hours
But it only remains viable (able to infect you) for about 8 hours.

Humidity and UV sunlight, as we get in summer helps since the humidity helps your membranes protect, and sunlight helps kill virus.

My son in law loves it, I have not used it but I am willing to try it. On my house and buildings I use bleach 1/8 with water in a low pressure sprayer, perfectly clean in about five minutes, no need to rinse and you don稚 blast siding and shingles with high pressure. My poor pressure washer sits a lot the last ten years or so since I discovered my system.

I am a bottle of bleach user. Everything we have is white so that makes it easy. I usually wait until mid summer, the hotter the better, spray and walk.
