There are a few who have. I can confirm that is the fueling screw under the cap. It will make more power. It is the same engine as the old 35hp model, and still makes that on non us models

You would unscrew about 1/2 turn and see how that works. It is better to have it on a dyno and just adjust till you see a little smoke under a load. Without a dyno, small adjustments is best. Maybe 1/4 turns till you are happy. Just don't go to far.

Remember if you have a warranty, removing the cap will void warranty.

OUT... in 1/2 turn increments and snug the nut back up..
NOW, rev the engine.. once u get smoke STOP..
IF its to much smoke, u KNOW u went 1/2 turn.. so screw it IN 1/4 turn..{1/2 of a 1/2}
To get more SPEED/RPM, BACK OUT on the hi speed stop screw..
SAME METHOD, go in 1/2 turns{out}.. so u KNOW what to do if its to much..
Doing this will probably shorten the life of your engines, so be careful & dont cry when it blows up.. YOU DID IT..

Yep I saw that. I am a mechanic (retired) so am very aware.
