1 degree right now...high about 20 today.

Physical went well yesterday...other than eczema on my right arm, chest and neck, no issues. I'm way overdue for a colonoscopy, but the doctor gave me a stool sample kit for an initial screening (no more details...look it up if you want to). That's better then going through that nasty tasting cleanser.. Other then he wants me to quit smoking, no other discussions relating to my health.

I bought a Crimson Trace CWL-202 light to mount on one of my AR-15s...900 lumens...boy, is this flashlight bright!!

Feel stronger this morning, more normal. Yesterday first day I went through without nausea attack, yeah.

If it gets warm and sunny out enough after lunch going to hook up orchard sprayer and get my overdue dormant oil spray down.

My Dad died from laryngeal cancer from smoking cigars, btw.
Who knows what the limit is as to how much and what it does to you. Insurance forms used to ask about "celebratory cigar smoking" like the ones at weddings.
I guess one can celebrate too much, but we all have different health risk factors. I sure have plenty...

It may be dull outside but at least it is dry, thanks to the high pressure weather system sitting over us. The air pressure peaked at 1050 milli bars, the highest for 25 years. No wonder it was hard to get out of bed this morning, with so much air pressing down

My dermatologist recommends the Vaseline treatment, too. I remember that as a kid it was a real treat to get your hands on some liquid mercury to play with, like when we could get firecrackers from South Carolina. All the other kids came running.

Wng, same here with the mercury, always pleased when someone broke a thermometer so we got what was left in the bulb to play with, rolling balls of it around a plate, or down a sheet of metal.

16° and dark. Up early due to an alarm going off on son’s alarm clock, the son who is in AR so don’t think he heard it. Do recall my wife mentioning something about an alarm, dropping the clock, or something.
She stayed in Baltimore so she didn’t hear it either.
I also enjoyed the water tower stories.
There’s 2 types of neosporin. One looks like Vaseline the other is a white cream. I would go to that dermatologist.

Best treatment for road rash ... is inter-mingled Neosporin and Vaseline so ... no scab ever forms. Don't ask how I know that.
