Went down and paid for my newest biggest toy for the farm yesterday! I couldn't pass up the price i needed some new ponds on my property to control where water was going and not just send it all to my neighbors! It will cost me almost more to get it transported than to buy it but it is in full working order and it has LS in the name lolView attachment 632816

Thanks my kids already named it the playground lol when not in use im thinking ziplines and flagpole it will also make short order of removing unwanted small trees and bushes its a Link Belt LS 98 PL just for fun i will probably make something to drive the truck and tractors on to lift them up to service lol

Yes i need to get my varmint gun zeroed in and do some pest control seen about 10 new mounds the other day my youngest daughter will be home after new year's for a week so maybe we will sit have a couple beers and see if she can still shoot with dad !

I have not found poisoning to be much better because neighbors dont all control them ! Shooting works as long as we take the time out of working to do it!

My property is L shaped and has national forest as one neighbor and uninhabited on 4 other property lines that also are not fenced and the owners that i have met said they dont mind if i hunt or kids cross their land as long as we dont leave it worse off!

I guess my point is ... if gophers are coming from outside your property ... how does shooting result in better control than the Martin's Bait?

It was a nice day, so took the canopy off and painted it to match. I have decided to make it easy on / easy off, so I will mount some slightly larger square tube to the ROPS, then the canopy mount tubes will just slide in.
