Most compact tractor loaders cannot do 2 functions at once?

My RK55 (TYM T554) does two functions at once, but the manual states to only perform one function at a time.

I do not think it mentioned the reason. I am not familiar enough with hydraulics to know why the option would be provided but not be able to be used.
