What did Ronald tell you when you dropped it off as far as a timeline ?? He stays really busy and normally is Honest with you when he tells you that it may be a few weeks before he can get to it ?? We send a lot of customers his way on the East coast but we tell them all to call to see how backed up he is

Update:
Had a brief conversation with Ronald today and he wouldn't divulge any information. He also wouldn't even confirm if the tractor was ever brought in for diagnostics or repairs, so it's up to Duramax to post any findings (he may have an agreement with Ronald not to divulge). I can understand Ronald's position though, however I think things may have gone better if I hadn't introduced myself. Apparently I have a bad rep.

So we may never know.............

I'm beginning to think he never took the tractor in, or this could be one big trolling event. That's one thing about using a pseudonym, no accountability, and you can lie and troll all you want.

But in deference, I hope it isn't a health issue.
