I agree with others, you seem to have a restriction somewhere, your analysis of the problem is faulty, smaller cylinders, less fluid to move, faster the reaction.
Sounds like the opposite of any communication I have had with any of my EA contacts....This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.
I ordered a piece of equipment and the person on the phone berated me that i MUST have a dock for the equipment. I assured him I DID have a dock and a forklift so that is not a problem. He on the other hand told me that he did not believe me and that I had to pick the equipment up at the trucking facility near me.
So now we're arguing the point that I did or did not have a back dock. I said pull up the address on google maps and see the dock for yourself.
He hung up on me then CANCELLED my order.
What's wrong with the people?

I am disappointed with my new wicked dual lid grapple. This is my second grapple. Last year I foolishly sold my Kubota L6060 with the Titan grapple I had with it. So two months ago I ordered the exact same L6060, but this time I decided to wait for the wicked grapple from Everything Attachments. I am shocked at how painfully slow this thing is. The titan grapple that I bought was also a dual lid, weighed 650 lbs, and it blew this wicked grapple away in performance. The Titan grapple was so fast. I could pick and pluck and prune and quickly snag things. Speed of the lids is critical in getting work done properly. I will post a video this week of the wicked grapple and how it takes forever to close the lids. Absolutely painful. I wish I had my old Titan grapple back, which also oddly cost 800 dollars less and was delivered in less than a week. Grappling is my favorite thing to do with the tractor, and also the work that I have the most of.
I am not sure why it is so slow. I think its because the cylinders on each lid are small compared to the Titan grapple. I just found a picture of my Titan grapple carrying a stump and you can see how large the cylinders are. This made that grapple open and close very fast. Why would this Wicked grapple have an underpowered cylinder that can't deliver the fluids quickly enough to the lids?

I'm sure there are more ridiculous rants prior to that one, but thanks for contributing.

- Yep. And tied to percent of gross.Actually, in a better world your salary would be tied to the value that you bring to the business.
- Agreed.A business does not owe you a living.
- Typical naive statement. Look after number one, don't consider the overall effect. Greed. If you don't like your situation, you can change it.
- See above. If you have a better idea of how to run things, start your own business.

YES it's 100% you. The two post have N-O-T-H-I-N-G to do with one another.
Try re-reading the post. It clrarly states " I ORDERED" and then clearly states the peropn on the phone 'ARGUED" with me on if I did or did not have a LOADING DOCK.
Here's my proof that your employee Jerry was the one who gave me the worlds worst customer service. Proof I ordered the item and then a cancellation from Jerry "BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A LOADING DOCK" which I clearly do and can prove that through google earth.
SO rather than question ME how about you pull Jerry on the carpet and ask him why he lost your company over $2,000 in sales because he thought he knew more than a customer.
Bottom like lousy customer service.

Jerry generally does not talk to customers about shipping. I'm guessing it was Rick and I can't personally say what was or was not discussed, but I'll look into it.
One thing I see is that no business name was entered.
Another requirement is for the business to be staffed during business hours.
A "loading dock" isn't a requirement if the customer has other means of offloading.
Thanks for being civil about it.
I do apologize for the inconvenience. You're welcome to contact me directly if you are interested in future items.

Many freight companies have their own requirements, they even consider farms to be the same as residences and have a surcharge to deliver to them.
But they will deliver to a business address with no surcharges , never made sense to me they would deliver to a place just a couple of miles from me with no surcharges that has no loading dock and not much of a forklift but not to the farm with forks and people ready to go.
