Rich, I wonder how motorcycle racing does in the injuries per hour of racing vs other motorized sports, or downhill snow ski racing, horse jumping or ice hockey...just seems awfully dangerous to me. Am sure it must be thrilling to watch, though.
I'd want to be wrapped up like the Michelin Man, the original air bag.
Once upon a time I owned a hundred dollar Bultaco on our farm while a teenager. Knobby tires, no idea how that came and went.
Then a 50cc Harley. Really, little Italian thing. Suppose if I ever drove a decent bike I'd be hooked...
Toppop, really happy you are making good progress and have a corrective procedure in sight. Sorry life is a little harder for you now but sure makes you
appreciate what you have. Same for Buckeye who I'm sure just wants to get back to where he was. Or maybe a little better... Best wishes for a fast recovery for both of you.
heading outside to see what I can see, how far down the lane can I go before the water is over it. Not going through standing water with golf cart.
I always like to get to end of lane and look down road, couple of big pines leaning over from my property, way up there, and someday they are going to come down and
block the road totally. Hopefully not on my watch.
