Now that the cedar is all picked up, wonder what tractor tool is used to clean up the stringy bark, you know if one had some in their front yard because a trailer truck cant get to the back yard............

For me, that would be a York rake to a pile.
Pitchfork into the chipper blowing into my small trailer.
Chips to wherever the wife wants them.

I never chipped cedar bark which is very stringy but I have tried to chip/shred other stringy stuff like pea vines. The results were not good for me! Spent what seemed like hours getting all the wadded up strings, think mono fish line, out of the shredding knives. Not fun. This was a 5" BearCat chipper/shredder maybe a straight chipper would be better.

Just a cheap Jinma 8" chipper.

Thats how I clean up splitter debris also.

I’ve always used a box scraper to do that or in some cases the front bucket. If it’s set right it won’t dig up the dirt.

I would suggest that you don't plant it in the exact same spot; or if you do, make sure that you pick out all of the old roots to reduce the chances of disease.
