Well, its a response.
Not a great response.

Is he just blowing you off? Sending you on the run-around?

UPDATE 2

Thank you.
May I suggest that a direct email address for contact be better than the Hubspot form.

I considered that Mike and would have if it was personal not corporate.

Good reminder that email is not a particularly reliable communications medium. Their email response may well have been lost in transit, either on the sending end or on the receiving end. 20 years in information technology has taught me to follow up by phone if I don't receive an expected email response from someone.

Hope it gets resolved to your satisfaction.

Good point and aggravated by their closed email process. Much prefer an actual address where I can have a threaded archive.

Then again, my phone call wasn’t responded too either.

David, I would "sweet talk" to your dealer to try and get the R4's sent on another shipment. The dealers are the "contact" / "liaison" to corporate. When I was purchasing ny XG, the only tractors he had on his lot were HST's, I wanted a shuttle shift. Another dealer had shuttle shifts, but all had R1's (I too wanted R4's). He wanted the deal, so he got (purchased) the tractor from the other dealer, then swapped tires and a backhoe from one of his HST tractors.

When I first contacted him, his price for the XG was about $1,000 higher than another dealer selling "the new MT2 series". HE contacted LS corporate, and got them to provide "dealer assistance cash", essentially lowering his cost of the tractor, passing that on to me, and we made the deal.

Not saying that your dealer / LS would do it for free, but he (dealer) probably has more / better contacts and communication with corporate. Unfortunately your situation being out on the Islands won't help, but with patience, I would think they would be able to come to an agreement to get you the R4's. I would approach the dealer with a jar of honey....

Thanks Ted,
Not sure what Dealer can do, but I am being nice to him. Thinking I may wait until 50 hr service for the 3rd remote installation to save him a trip.

My LS dealer told me I could try my tires for a couple of weeks and if I did not like them he would swap them out at no cost. He sold 100 machines last year and is doing even better this year. A very small dealer likely cannot provide that level of service but that is not a "corporate" problem.

I have not had to deal with LS corporate but my dealer has had only good things to say about them.

I hope you get your situation resolved.

Is there a New Holland dealer in HI? If so maybe you could work out a swap with them?
