WoW.. u have a strange one there.. I've NEVER seen this before..
The manf. gives 2 different timing ports for #1 cylinder depending on the prefix letter infront of the pump #.!!??
IF its a "U" 3242698 #1 cyl is outlet "U" ..1:00 looking at the back of the pump..
IF it has a "C" 3242698 #1 is outlet "W".. 11:00 looking at the back of the pump..
SO what u have to do is put pressurized air, about 90psi to one of those outlets & turn the drive shaft IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION OF ROTATION slowly until it stops..
Theres an arrow on the nameplate.. THATS the correct rotation of the drive hub..
When it stops, THATS the start of injection #1 cylinder..
THEN all u have to do is see if it mates to the gear that u ALREADY TIMED TO TDC #1 cyl..
It wont match if the gear slipped..
