I'm new to Steiner, having picked up an older 230 kubota diesel that needs some love. I have become a fan of your videos and your posts online here at TBN.

I like that muffler on th Ventrac. Something so old school and just-equipment like about it.

Side question. I have been running the same JD 15w40 oil in the STeiner 430 as I run in everything else. That's a terribly abused and overworked little Kubota D727 in the 430. Would it be kinder in this Canadian Climate to run synthetic?

It would seem to me the kindest thing to do would be to run a block warmer in cold temps.
