Went to the gym yesterday for the first time since cutting my head (wore a cap so I wouldn't gross out anyone. Finally washed my hair last night, carefully, and so may go outside and get dirty today cutting wood since I know I can clean up afterwards.

I went thru that with my Dentist after my knee replacements. Lasted about 2 years then the Dentist office said the protocol had changed. What never made sense to us is wife has a partial hip and other assorted parts but noone ever said anything until I did my knees. Strange!!!!!
April will be 2 years since my shoulder replacement, so maybe this will be the last time I need to take the amoxicillin. My knee replacement was about 8 years ago and I think 2 years was what was recommended back then.
Duct sealer guy is coming this morning for inspection and quote.

I renamed my personal bathroom from John to Jim, and after I finish this I am gonna hit the 遷im for my morning workout.
We dont have a fireplace. No need. Reverse cycle aircon if needed which isnt very often. Never had a frost here. No sleet, no snow. No firewood to cut.![]()
