Skid Steer Quick Attach Setup

/ Skid Steer Quick Attach Setup #11
That's a slick setup. But all my attachments have that skid steer setup. So I'd have to redo all of them. I swap about once a week. I try to keep the FEL on so I can run out to the wood pile and load it up. Then I'll swap to the plow when it snows.

I just have these two things fighting me. Wasn't until I popped off that adapter that you can see how warped it is.
I'd make it square and plat it in between the two sides that's how the good ones are made

You should weld a torque tube between the 2 couplers so they stay aligned.

Or remove the weak twisted flat bars completely. Before hookup do a full curl up to get the latch plates aligned. Then curl down touching the QA plate, raise up, curl up and latch .

Easy peasy.

We don't know if the OP latched one side and not the other that might have tweaked the loader arms too. We then do not know how simple the fix will be because we don't know the extent of the tweaking.

Look at his first picture, you can see the tweak.

I've never latched one side and not the other completely. Was does happen some times is if the plow flops over I can hook one side (not latch it with the dogs), and pull it back some to get another bite at it. But I don't raise the plow up or anything. I doubt the arms are tweaked, but maybe its a possibility? The adapter plate is definitely tweaked.

I fixered it:

Working fine. Just need to dub with the plow setup so the plate doesn't keep flopping forward.

I would plate the whole front for strength.
My SSQA came plated across the front and boxed half way down the back.
Very sturdy, 0 flex. Strong enough I welded a hook to the middle and use it for lifting

Problem with that is the snow getting stuck behind there. Maybe if I did like a grated piece of metal. That was a common issue when switching back and forth.

To keep the hitch of the plow from flipping forward you could cut two pieces of pipe about 12 to 18 inches shorter than your chains. Then just feed the chains through the pipe and this will keep it from flipping all the way forward but still allow it to float. Just a thought.
