If anyone thinks contracting is easy to plan, things automatically fall into place, nothing goes wrong, everything arrives on time, no trade depends on another, no changes are made midstream, no other project impacts this project, employees show up every day ,,,,,,,, well they should try being a contractor sometime.
That said, getting it dried in should be a priority for the contractor to keep things moving during the bad weather.
