What is the highest HP cab and non cab kubota tractor with HST transmission?
Thank you, SDT. You know - one of these days I might even understand all these types. I come from the era where transmissions were either manual or automatic. H e l l - I come from the era where ALL transmissions were manual. I think the first auto tranny I ever saw/heard of was in the brand new Buick the local banker purchased.
The first automatic I drove was a '60 Rambler American Station Wagon. Push button gear shift on the dash. :dance1:Thank you, SDT. You know - one of these days I might even understand all these types. . 700hp dozers have HSTs, so it's not a matter of engineering or capability. Just a matter of efficiency, control & price for the target market.
The only thing a small tractor with a hydro has in common with a 700hp dozer with a hydro, is the name!!
SR
Are you saying AGCO/Fendt is still working to get "the bugs out" of their Vario tranny???Today in the larger tractors they have several versions simular to the hydro called CVT and they are getting the bugs out of them!
