Why would anyone want a break down queen when you could have a Tacoma.

There was a time when, if you wanted a 4 wheel capable vehicle, you pretty much got a jeep. I guess a lot has changed. Except if your into that styling, I don't see the appeal.

Not like the jeep pickups I remember when you could haul dirt wood etc....no thanks.
They've been talking about a Jeep pickup for years; I'll believe it when I see it. One alleged version had an expandable bed, both length and width; talk about an engineer's fantasy dream, and an owner's nightmare when those moving parts rust up.
Nothing I've ever seen showed a practical pickup; it seems like Chrysler wants to go bankrupt a third time.

Hope you have a good body shop lined up...My Jeep Truck. 4.0 Stroker Motor (4.7), fully built Transmission, locked on both ends,,, a few other things.
I'd rather Jeep release a "real" truck, not a jeep bodied thing with a bed. Honestly, kinda surprised they have taken a PW platform, change the front end and call it a J300. There is a rendering somewhere on the Internet where someone took a RAM2500 and fitted a ~70's J300 front. Actually looks good.

Had a tacoma - great truck, really liked it. My Wrangler is far more fun!

Ran the rubicon in 1978 with my brand new FJ40, I'm sure a new Tacoma would do it in style, with ease, and no damage if you know how to drive a 4x4. Currently own a 2016 200 series Land Cruiser, loven it...
