I got some 17" 2500 van wheels and put snows on those. Makes a big difference, regardless the size.

This past weekend I put a leveling kit and 34.5" Nitto Trail Grapplers on black rhino wheels on my tow rig. Its a 2017 Chevy 2500HD LTZ Crew Cab custom sport duramax. I like the look much better than stock

I've always had black trucks before this one. Previous truck was a 2015 of the exact same minus the custom sport edition. Got sick of swirl marks and never being able to keep it clean for even a day in VT. Drove into the dealership and saw this custom sport edition sitting there and just had to

It has the new L5P Duramax 6.6L diesel. 445HP and 910 lb ft torque stock

I've just settled with stock tires on vehicles in the past but on this new Ram I wanted something with better capability. I splurged and went with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They have done well over the last year and I think they look awesome. Have had good success in snow but I haven't really been in mud with them yet. And that's OK with me because I like a clean truck!

That appears to be a beast of a rig or are you using the old fisherman's trick where what is nearest the camera looks larger?

There is quite a bit of perspective in this shot. I had to get a long angle to get the whole lot in the picture.

The winch is a 12v 9500 lb model running with 11mm synthetic rope. It can haul pretty much anything onto a trailer, and is also used for self recovery, and recovery of others when we go playing off road.
Here's a closer view, as much as you can see of it through the mud.
