Good morning all, 26 now headed to 33 with another 2 to 4 in of snow. We already have about 6 or 7 in from the 2 to 4 we were supposed to have last night. Guess I will find out how well the snow blower works in more than a dab of snow. Been snowing hard for the last hour. No plans except watch snow and daily routine, and maybe blow snow if it quits later.

Freedom, remember to keep the loader low and very low with a load. Enjoy the new tractor, looks good.

LS, RIP, Ron, Randy, many more. Prayers sent. Have a great day and don't over do. Ed

Google Translate app for Android can take a photo of text to translate. Now I know what that warning sticker on the ROPS says:

1, Please drive with lobbs and cabin installed correctly. 2, Robbs and cabin, please do not remodel. 3, Please do not use those damaged. 4, When the tractor falls please do not jump out of the seat firmly the handle. 5, Please be sure to tighten the seatbelts, please adjust to an easy condition. 6, Please use genuine parts for the seat belt 7. Please do not tighten the seat belt when knocking down the lobbs.

hmmm, let's translate again!
Lobbs is a dehumidifier it appears, and robbs is a department store in the UK.
Now it all makes sense.

That's not too bad on the knee if you only need to press that pedal at start up.

I don't understand why some (including Kubota ?) still have a clutch pedal on a HST when others manage fine without one. Perhaps it's to allow range shifting while on the move ? With Iseki/Massey, machine has to come to a standstill before range changing.
With Kubota also the tractor must come to a stand still to shift between ranges. I think the clutch is there mostly for the PTO and of course it must be depressed to start.

Enjoy the day all.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 26° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 39° with cloudy skies. Got projects done yesterday. But anything outside was a struggle. Northeast wind was sharp and cold. Thought snow was going away. But looked out behind barn and garage. Still over 6" of snow. Waiting for snow to melt in those area's. Going to make that Costco trip today after PT. Last day of PT. Been slow getting my back back to feeling normal. But Monday was the turning point. Something clicked and I feel like a 60 year old again. :dance1:

Andrew, congrats on the tractor. Get that seat belt and use it. Having a roll bar and not using the seat belt is a good way to get injured in a rollover.

Randy, safe travels. Do you have a hotel picked out yet? ;)

Eric, my tractor has a clutch. The B3030 that replaced it did not. One nice thing having a clutch helps me control operation of post hole digger easier. Beyond that you are probably right.

Don, congrats on getting off all meds.

Buckeye, your doctor does not have a portal?

Prayers for ED and his family, Eddie and Karen and all others in need.

Good Morning All.

Good morning! 41˚ need to head to moms to supervise the final tree removal and to pay the man after he fixes the fence he hit with the trailer. I'll help him fix it and he is doing extra limb cutting for us.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TBN

Today TBN is 20 years old. There have been 4,997,000 post

Will there be 3000 post today to hit 5 million on this birthday?

And I've lost already on guessing the date for 5M post. No hat for me...

trying to get energized to get something done today when it's just not very warm out.

30 and snowing :) , going to 35...should get 3 to 5 inches.

Don, congrats on getting off the meds! You've worked hard to do it.

Andrew, nice tractor. Enjoy!

Managed to bring in more firewood to the porch after the 1.2 inches of rain yesterday, so ready for more unseasonal cold weather...we won't see 50 again until Tuesday.

Drew, too early for corn.

Had to run the coon off twice again last night. Unfortunately fell asleep in the chair after the second time and woke up with a stiff neck.

Bird is numero uno. After Muhammad.
Not many originals still here, or they are zero posters.
I bet Bird could tell some stories...

I was with that original group. But had surgery early in the month. Was out of it for over 10 days and was too sick to get online. Spent a lot of time on TBN while recovering. Researching my tractor and implements.
I see there was a Randy that never posted. :newhere: NOT. :D

Want to borrow a proven trap for a relocation program?

Drew, that reminds me how are you going to keep the coons out of the corn patch? They will be there the day before you pick it.

(Kyle no use planting corn)

I have begged my next door neighbor to please get another dog...theirs died and they haven't replace it due to baby. Boy is now one, and a big kid,
time for a dog. Their backyard faces the corn field...

It's a cold looking week coming up, maybe I'll plant one tray of corn in the ground and then another in the trays, in case the 32 nights are 28s in reality.
Otherwise, it's next week for the corn and only if the nights aren't too cold in the ten day forecast.
Sort of like putting your toe out there...;)

When Google searches just don't turn up what you're looking for, Yandex.ru is good to try. Found out some more information on the Iseki. I think in Russia no one cracks down on copyright violations, so turns out fermer.ru is a treasure trove of obscure PDFs. Like a Japanese one that lists all the Iseki models, engine numbers, years made and filter part numbers. That list has a TS35F in, that was made since '98. So maybe this tractor is newer than I thought!

34°F and partly cloudy this morning, going up to 48° today. First full day of Spring, and I saw some occasional snow flakes passing in front of my headlights on the way to work today.

The tractor looks great, Andrew. Have fun and be safe.

I see that lists my start date as 3/20/2000. How many remember the name of TBN before it became Tractorbynet? I bought my Kubota B2710 on 8/12/1999 (the date it was delivered), but I had a B7100 before that and started using TBN's predecessor for information way back then. And dial up Internet America was a bit slow out in the country.
