My hydraulics for my up& down & bucket tilt on my ew holland L785 skid steer works when first starting up but after it gets warm they quit working. What is causing this?

Welcome to TBN
Is hyd oil at full mark? Heating of hyd oil could be caused by a relief valve not seating properly or a hyd control valve not returning to neutral position or oil cooler(if applicable)air flow blocked with debris.

Have you replaced all of the filters? I don't know your machine, but on all of mine, I have at least two filters for hydraulic fluid.

Do all the functions totally stop moving or do they just get weak?

After the filters have been checked have you considered a thorough cleaning the heat exchanger?
The naked eye may not be the best way to check.
Try a blast of air, see if a heavy build up of dirt flows out of the fins etc.

I tried that still slow hydraulics

Luvstolol,
Hydraulics slowing when warm indicates a flow loss in your system.
Some possible areas for this to occur are:
Bad seals on the cylinders. Usually if the seals are worn enough to notice change in speed you would have also noticed the bucket drifting or dumping while loaded.
Leaking relief valve. This will cause excessive heat and causes the problem you are describing.
failing pump. as the oil heats up the pump slips (leaks internally) which causes the problem you are describing.

Some tests you can run:
Cylinders: Fully lower the FEL and hold the valve like you are trying to lower even more. Do either of the cap ends of cylinders get hot?
I know that accessing components on skid steer is challenging but can you remove enough panels to access the pump & relief valve. Same thing here. dead head a function and see if one of these components heats up faster that the surrounding components. flow loss under pressure creates heat.

good luck.
