Has any state that legalized recreational use set a limit for test for impairment. For alcohol above .08 bac you are assumed impaired. Below that you may be impaired. Anything similar for mj
Have no interest in this MJ product, but alcohol content is listed on the container, generally. But since POT appears to vary in intensity and THC content, guessing by how it is grown, plant maturity, supplemented w/ nutrients and handled prior to end user custody, it seems that folks would NOT be able to predetermine when limits will be reached. Since blood analysis by the general public is beyond normal capability, all motor vehicle operation should be restricted if pot is to be consumed. I am aware that residual THC remains in the blood stream for a much longer duration than alcohol or the hard narcotic drugs. If this thread degrades to the ad homonym name calling and insults, outright attacks and even threats, as did the former, let not the result surprise YOU.
Perhaps someone will (or has) come up with an app for a smartphone to determine if you can drive based on your reaction time.
I had a friend that could drink beer but at one party he had one small glass of wine and was wiped out for the night.
Quoted from one of our Judges in a drink driving appeal.
There is not necessarily any relationship to the amount of alcohol in ones system and the apparent state of euphoria.
Another Judge who had a close call himself.
The problem with breath analysis machines is that they fail to distinguish between a drunk and a well dined gentleman.
