Thoughts on why my blade is tilted on one side and how to fix it? It's lower on the right side. 1514234270101.jpg1514234318066.jpg

Maybe something isn't where it belongs, no instructions came with it.

1) The A frame mount is not horizontal. If the blade is angled, the blade will be tilted.

2) Some thing is bent, hopefully not something cracked, torn or parent metal torn.

3) The blade is level, but the tractor or the garage is tilted.

4) The mounts are worn and the blade is not centered, so the weight offset is pulling one side down.

5) A previous owner liked having a crowned driveway and set it up slanted for good drainage.

6) More rust on one side than the other (or even more paint on one side than the other).

7) Flat front tire.

8) Wrong mount holes selected on one side.

9) Weight compensating seat: When the operator in on-board, things are all level and square.

10) That's the way they all are.

#10 I guess I won't worry about it.

From the second pic of the tractor-to-blade attachment, it appears that the blade is not meant for that tractor, and a rube goldberg rigging was made.
But admit, do not know that for certain...

Nah, it's the right blade, the attachment in the middle for the lift is right. It's missing wheels and something else just above where the wheel would go. Just don't know what and it still functions.

Obviously, if the wheels are missing, there goes the support and alignment. The shafts above the wheels are not used in this application. It's common for a part like this to be used with other tractors. In the serial numbers above 50001, those shafts aren't even present.
I don't know, I'm speculating it's missing wheels it looks like it's missing wheels. I'll slap 2 of them on there and see what happens. All my scouring of the interwebs has led me to a picture of model m03480x, that had wheels.

Some good suggestions provided, although a flat front tire wouldn't tilt the tractor or blade. The rear tires level the tractor relative to the ground, the front axle swivels.

With that said the blade looks crooked relative to the tractor, so lift linkage adjustment is likely your culprit if nothing is bent. As mentioned, the hard plastic wheels are only used to maneuver the blade when it's disconnected from the tractor. You don't need them to plow snow.

P/N - M121038 - $4.46 plus shipping.

From what I can find, those wheels are only for transport purposes when the plow is disconnected. I think the transverse rod needs to be adjusted. The two circled clevis connectors need adjusting too, just like a mower deck. The right one can be shortened and the left one lengthened, or whatever combination works.

This could be the culprit as the tractor and blade is new to me. I hooked it up as is and just assumed everything should be hunky dory. It's not the end of the world, I just have to watch the edge of my driveway so I don't tear up the grass. Happy New Year

I am curious as to the operation of the blade. What raises and lowers it? Those skinny little arms going to the rear?
345 uses a hydraulic lift for raising and lowering.

Yes, see the attachment (Attachment 533471) posted by K7LN and the lift links circled in yellow.. Likely this is where the adjustment is to level the blade too.

Same connection/lift used to lift the mower deck ??

I have a center blade that pivots on the rear of the tractor and lifts like this blade does. Evidently it does, but I can't imagine how it will lift a heavy blade with anything pushing on if levered way out in front of the lift mechanism. Maybe that's why I am not an engineer.

I believe the lift mechanism attaches at the rear of the plow, not pictured above. I only speculate bc that's where the mower deck attaches
