x3 on the hydration. I like sipping a shot or two of good tequila but they tell me that isn't a good hydrant either. Why can't 'they' come up with a pleasurable digestible that is good for you as well? :confused3:

Good points on the water. As one gets older and has to pee more the tendency is to drink less to stem the extra bathroom runs. Then you get off on hydration. Leads to all kinds of fun stuff like dizziness. One nurse told me that if you pull on the skin on your forearm and it does not drop right back like an elastic when released then you are dehydrated.

Jim, hope you are taking some multivitamins or something to keep your potassium and magnesium levels where they belong.. I get leg cramps at night when I don't take magnesium pills a few times per week... (i'm cheap and don't feel like taking 2 per day that I am supposed to)..

Well life goes on & on.
Big plan, gather up beer cans & such, get some $$$
Counted my pennies & discovered I had enough for coffee 1 chocolate bar. + 2 small tanks of propane. so off to the races.
maybe beer cans tomorrow. still need or want cigars & beer. + Other things.

Am getting a little better about eating & healthy. Like to drink Ensure+ 1 or 2 on most days. But only 1 left & its over 2 weeks till payday. Lots of bird, dog & people seeds, so no worry there.

Had some canned gravy, boiled 2 potatoes, lots of fake butter ( more flavor than the current real butter.) Looked like a lot, ate them both. Do not have to worry about doing dishes on the deck. Dog or troubles takes care of that for me. :laughing:

Should I break wind you do not want to be in the same town with me.The pee & poop thing goes on & on. More than i eat or drink.???

This has been the year of bugs. First time I have had a mosquito problem. Other bugs mostly under control.

Be very careful, everyone is a sex offender. that includes you & I.:laughing: that's OK it is fun. :laughing:

Bobby is quite the girl. Just recently she gives me little kisses. 1 or 3 dry licks on the back of the hand. Has started to snuggle. Put nose near or in my arm pit, want 2 hands & twists back & forth. A few years ago she found an old glove & brought it to me to throw. Nothing that she was taught.

Dad Sister & I & 73 Dodge Power Wagon. Best truck I ever owned. 77 Dodge PW with a 440 engine worst truck I ever owned. No power. maybe 5 miles to a gallon. Put a 50 gallon tank in the bed so I could get form San Diego to Yuma without running out of gas.

What I grew when I knew nothing about raising a garded. Had expert help next year, bad results.

Well 50 shades of gray (and no I haven't seen the flick)... but I imagine there are various degrees of inappropriateness. It is time that those in power can't get away with things the rest of us can't.

Keep up the hydration and the vitamins are good especially if your diet isn't the best.

Personally, I want to hear more about your RC aircraft adventures.
