Good morning! Ron that looks like a good air fryer and a good deal! (It beats Amazon by $14) The nice thing about air fryers is that the temp and the time are adjustable. The presets help also. We do not use any oil, not even a mist, We do stir the veggies about half way through the cook and that seems to keep them from sticking. When we make thick steak potato french fries we microwave them a bit so after the air fryer the outside is brown and crunchy and the insides are completely done.

Kind of funny. I bought the one I linked because you said how well you liked yours. Not even thinking that wife would use it. First thing she did was fries. She has me hooked on them.
The deal was better when I bought. $89 with free shipping.

No window washing today. It’s raining. Weather Underground has been doing poor job of forecasting lately. When I came in and checked Accuweather it showed rain until this afternoon.

Good Morning!!!! 63F @ 6:00 AM. 0% Precip. / 0.00 in. Sunny. High 83F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph.

I miss those quiet pre-dawn moments from hunting, Wng, but you have to be a lawyer out here to figure out all the regs. Then they set the seasons so the deer are somewhere else in whatever zone you draw:confused2: So I gave it up years ago, and just watch them play in the yard. Nice 4 point (western count) blacktail has been hanging around lately...

Hope you're feeling better soon, Kyle. Remember back when you were a kid and made out of rubber?

Day before yesterday, the county "mitigated" a zoning issue on a nearby property by cutting down over 1500 marijuana plants they valued at over seven million dollars. No one was arrested, and they left the six plants that the zoning ordinance allows intact. Several neighbors on the Facebook group are outraged at the waste of county resources, but I appreciate what they do to preserve the rural quality of the area. Dope grows attract the wrong type of people, the very same ones I moved up here to get away from.

Was lazy yesterday and got a late start out in the shop, but still managed a good beginning on the transmission tool. Might go the same way today.

Hope everyone enjoys their weekend...

The low was 32* this morning, yesterday's high was 60*. Today is going back to the 60's with 15-20 mph winds. Last Tuesday we had the lowest temperature of the season so far it was 18* for the low.

My daughters boyfriend didn't get his deer. We seen a lot of doe's and a few bucks. The bucks had to be 3 points ( western count ) are better in this hunting area. We seen one 4 point but he didn't get a shot. He went back to Utah yesterday for their Elk hunt. Hope he has better luck there. He said he had a good time for the 5 days he was here.

I'm going to help a neighbor winterize his place for the season today.

Hope everyone has a nice day.

87 today currently 68. Rain coming in from Nate this weekend.

Trying to locate a bull. Sold mine in the spring and just now getting serious about finding one. Think I've located a 14 month old black Gelbvieh. If he can pass a veterinarian exam.

This showed up today also. View attachment 523855

2016 model. Could have bought a 2017 cheaper but I couldn't get the deck I wanted. They changed to a lighter deck.

Nice ZT Farmer. Are the rear tires on backwards?

74 this morning and headed to 83 today before the rain moves in. A lot of rain being forecast for the next couple of days.

My old mower has a bar style atv tire on it so I spec'ed the bar tires for this one. I stay hung up enough with high traction tires. Don't need to go low traction. If you make 3 point turns like your supposed to with a Z then no extra damage. If your a spinner then yeah they dig nicely. But I'm not mowing a golf course. Just around a bunch of barns and when the livestock start complaining well I won't have to work anymore as we'll be a traveling show.
Yes those tires are mounted backwards. The dealer said he sets that tire up as its lowest traction to minimize damage on turns. But if it's not enough traction for me then all I have to do is swap sides. Most people I've talked to with those tires say they have plenty of traction set backwards and never swap.

Don. It's 2 grades higher than your fastrack, but I think your fastrack is a better grade than the current ones. Maybe comparable to the fastrack sdx. So maybe just one step up. As I was looking at my grandparents fastrack and the current ones aren't even close to the 5 year old units. Mine has the 850 Kawasaki engine on it.

Eric. You are correct. Gelbvieh cattle are pretty docile, heavy muscling, with good maternal traits and high libido. When crossbred to other breeds they do even better. They're a German breed. I have a pretty heavy angus base in my cows, so the cross works well for me. My last bull was a Gelbvieh and except for some horn issues the best bull I've ever owned. Tight calving seasons (all within one cow cycle). Easy calving and fast growing, good feed conversions also.

Wife and kids are home for a week for fall break. So I will enjoy some time with them.

Buckeye, how's your back?

I allowed a local fireman to put a treestand in my woods near the pond, bow and arrow, he says he has seen none; yesterday I was yelling at one in my back lawn and it shot back into the woods straight for his stand. Wish he had been there. Giant destructive vermin. Only good for eating, which at least is something...

House guests have left, going to chill for a bit and then go out and water trees this afternoon. Easy work, sitting down on garden tractor pulling water wagon. Sure beats the three 2 gallon watering cans I used for two years.

Last night's dinner out out was pretty bad, their tapas turned out to be nothing like we expected, only grazing food and expensive.
But we drank a lot of wine and enjoyed ourselves, with a view of the Pamlico River.
However, my paella the night before thankfully turned out fine, lots left over, will be enjoying that for some time.
I added some of Farmer's world famous chicken breasts cut up in it, you should ask for his when at your local supermarket.
Comes with a TBN stamp of approval.
