Woods RM59-1

Hi all, I have a woods rm59-1 and the center blade is cutting higher than the two outer blades. Any ideas?

Did you leave off the washer between the blade and spindle whenever you sharpened the blades?

Have you looked at the blades? Is one bent?

No the washer is in place. But it looks to be recessed a little, will it hurt to add another washer?
