Decided I needed to get on my Macnuts. This is a 3ft patio screen door on some reinforcement. Shucked nuts in foreground, 7-8 gallons still in husks behind. Thinking about bagging the shucked nuts in those nylon stain strainer bags.

Removing the husks is very hard on the thumbs. Removing the shells from the nuts with the right cracker (yours is the same as mine)is a lot easier.

Need to pour second cup of coffee. 55° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 83° with good chance of thunderstorms in afternoon. Today is last chance for a 80° day this year. Future weather forecast show temperatures in 60 and 70's. Never saw a 90° day this summer. Hope the mild weather continues through the winter.
Plans for today are to have company over for a BBQ. Hope rain holds off until BBQ is done.

Good morning! 69˚ heading to 90s. I can't wait till Wednesday morning the temps will drop to a 5 month low!

Today is the last day of water volleyball. At game time the air temp and water temp will be 89˚with the solar cover removed.
