Driving uphill

It's a pretty steep hill. The rpm drops and that's what makes me need to shift to low.

Okay, if it is the engine bogging down then there is nothing wrong with the hydro. Of course it is also possible your MED gear is higher than my MED gear, or your tractor is loaded heavier. In any case, there isn't much you can do but downshift to LO gear.

Ok thanks. It's my first tractor so I just wanted to be sure it isnt a mechanical issue.

Get advice has been given :thumbsup: just don't bog the tractor down or it could cost $$$'s.
