That's a new idea!! Feel sorry for the guy in the wagon. Can't tell you how many thousands of bales me and my brother in our younger years loaded behind a square bailer and all the hay and straw chaf we had to eat. Welcome

Welcome to TBN. Thanks for the very interesting post. I enjoyed your pictures and the description of your hay production.

What type of hay are you growing? And what livestock are you feeding with the hay?

Thank you! It's springtime in here, grass is starting to grow and hopes are high.

 I'm wearing safety glasses to keep that chaf out of my eyes, but I'm quite happy if it isn't raining. I made that bale rail in a hurry and bit wrong, cause the bottom is solid steel plate and all chaff comes up and wind blows it around. Most trash would drop to ground, if the bottom was more open for example two pipes or something. But it works anyway and I haven't made better. Stacking them bales isn't so heavy work in that trailer, cause I don't have to lift bales far away or high.

Thanks! Hay is mostly timothy. I haven't own livestock any more, had milk cows till 2014. Selling hay to keepers of horses, lambs, donkeys, calves and cows and to smaller animals too occasionally.

Thank you Jim and Thomas too for comments!
