This is a post to those who have just bought or are considering a 2555 make sure the ECU has been reflashed. The MIL light will haunt you if not.There is still some old stock sitting on dealer lots. Dealers are supposed to reflash all units in stock but we all know how that goes. The reflash will take care of most units in milder climates. IF YOU LIVE IN A COLD CLIMATE the reflash may not be enough. New units come from the factor with an updated hot side EGR system. Update hot side kits are available but are slow in coming and are fix as fail for retailed units.
