LS 2025 remotes and 3 spool valve

Looking for confirmation or correction to my thinking.

Plan to add factory remote kit to LS2025h and connect them to a 3 spool open center 10 gpm valve to operate top and tilt cylinders and open/close cylinder on Brush grapple.

Implement pump is 5.9 gpm, steering pump is 2.6 gpm.

Is this sound thinking, or am I missing something?

The remote kit was not what I thought it was, it includes a directional control valve which can control a cylinder. I think I will end up tapping power beyond from the loader valve or tapping in to wherever I can ID the pressure and return lines to feed my 3 spool valve.

Somehow mine came with rear remotes that they plumbed the backhoe with. The project I had in mind was to make a flail mower. More ideas than time at the moment. It is one of those things in the back of my head that making up a grapple may be useful in the future. It would be interesting to see how you grapple it up. How do you like your rig so far?

Only been able to put a couple hours on it, first Hydro rig think I am really going to like that. The loader joystick is in a 'weird' position compared to anything else I have run, will take a little bit to get used to. With my limited usage so far I am rather happy with it, I was looking for a 'grownup lawntractor' with FEL and this fits the bill pretty well.

My wife thought the same thing on the joystick. Fortunately adjusting it downward helped. BTW, welcome to the forum. I see that you are newer like me. If you haven't seen some of the stuff that Plas62 posted, look for it.

Thanks for the welcome, I received my top and tilt cylinders along with the valve, going to be a little while before I get time to set them up. The plan is to ID pressure and return lines, preferably where they attach to the case, and use appropriate tees to run lines to the valve. Life tends to get in the way, but it is always good to have a few enjoyable projects in the queue.
