Is this overhang compliant? It will be properly secured. It's about 10" past the ramp hinges.

To be sure contact local police department.
I've seen brush hogs and back holes stick out further.
Now remember there are some out there that walk into trailer ball hitch,so to be on the safe side red flag etc. of sort to warn them.

Better put the bucket back on before Tuesday.

I can't imagine it being an issue, but as stated above, flag it... if nothing else, just to be considerate of the oblivious morons that will STILL walk into it and cuss you, puts you on the safe side of things. I doubt the DOT will require flags until late it's 48" or more.

But do be sure to have a strap/chain dedicated to the bucket/forks. That IS required, to my knowledge.

I would run it but you could probably just tilt the forks up and be even.
Set them on a 4" X 4".
I have hauled my 3510 Branson with 1/2 the Hoe and bucket over the tailgate!
Also have hauled 12' items on my 6 1/2' bed with straps to the bed pockets supporting it and a flag.
Also used to haul 40' containers on a Landall with a 37' lower deck. Never got stopped.

You can go 48" past with a flag during daytime.

On implements that were to big like my 10' land plane, I tie a red rag on it or break out the spray paint and cover the corners

Why not just take the boom up a little then tilt the forks down to match the trailer?

That was my thought too. Raise FEL, "dump" forks until tips are in the rear slot of the ramps then hold down the FEL with ratchet strap (in addition to chains on the tractor)..

Thanks for the feedback y'all! Not sure how to flag the fork tips and have it stay. Duct tape I guess?

If I 'dump' the tips to stay within the rear then all the weight of the loader would sit on the tips or I'd have to block the loader arms up 2-3ft. Neither seemed like a good idea.

Usually I have the bucket or grapple on and this isn't an issue. Could take the forks off and place at the front of the trailer but I was being lazy.
