Found a local 5030 to purchase....Needs some TLC....thoughts please

ok Thanks for that info. With it being independent, shouldn't it stop rotating when I press the clutch in or not? I was thinking it would.....

With the independent PTO, disengaging the clutch does not stop the PTO shaft from turning.

Not the slightest it quit working years ago.
