Request/demand a loaner tractor until they fix yours.

Bruce
Have the request come from your attorney. Carries far more weight.

Never did hear what the problem was with the tractor in the first place
OP's been here for over 13 years. 3 posts. Crickets, for 4 days. I'm curious but not very inclined to help.

Just one more opinion for what it's worth.

What I have for you is NOT what you want to hear. Considering the complaints I've heard, read, and seen concerning the 2016 and up Workmaster line, my advice is this. Go back to the sales department and see what sort of deal you can work out to trade it off for some other model. (NOT another Workmaster) A 2015 or older would be much better all the way around, or just about ANYTHING in that size range. The newer Workmasters are a total POS. Even if/when they get past the current problem, there will be more down the road. Plus the fact they are so poorly engineered that even general operation is always going to be less than ideal.
I am still waiting for the OP to explain what was the issue that caused the tractor to go in for repair. I have had my 2019 WM75 for 5 years now. Other than an issue with the PTO not disengaging, which has been corrected, it has been a great tractor. Nothing but routine maintenance. Does everything I ask of it. Very comfortable to operate, plus no regens or DPF issues to worry about.

Gonna have to agree with most of the folks asking “What does(n’t) it do?” The problem appears to be big enough that the tractor can’t be used, hence taking it to a dealer to start with. If it is a minor issue, I’m sure there is plenty experience here to help. What I can’t understand is why the OP isn’t ‘staying tuned’ and answering questions about the machine (and why he took it to the dealer). But, with lack of information about what is actually wrong and knowing that the dealer no longer has qualified mechanics to repair it, I can only recommend the following:

Stop any further payments for service until the tractor is performing as advertised. It’s 4 years old, and SHOULD still be under warranty, but if not, can’t say I disagree with getting a lawyer involved with intent to recover every cent paid for the service and to negotiate replacement of the tractor. I don’t like lawyers, but some do have a purpose and skill that I happen to agree with. They should be retained with the understanding all fees will recovered from the dealer. If the dealer cannot satisfactorily repair the machine and it is no longer warranteed then hopefully it hasn’t been fully paid for. Involve the financer. Make the dealer feel the pressure. Involve local news and BBB. PUT THE PRESSURE ON and keep it on until you get what satisfaction you need. Might not be the satisfaction you want, but draw a line and make it happen.

NO ONE here can help if we don’t know what the symptoms are.

Did you buy it from the dealer? Did it come with a problem? Hrs? History?

BTW, what is the mechanical problem? Have you used the search function here on TBN??
There is a reasonable chance that someone else has had a similar problem with their NH.
Also, without knowing rough location and use it is hard or anyone to recommend a dealer.

One thing is surprising -Factory Training schools used to be common. But today, a dealer sending a new hire off to a class is almost as surprising as finding that factory classes still exist....if they do.

I almost bought a NH Boomer once... Nice looking tractor.
Every major dealership in my area has active recruitment programs that include factory training in exchange for a contractual commitment of employment for a stated number of years. A win win for the farm kids.

I'll have to agree with all the posts so far. It appears "Hilltopdude"s 2020 tractor is in the shop for some instrument panel/engine problem if both have been worked on (opened up) five times while troubleshooting. I'm not familiar with the current diesel offerings by New Holland, but I am familiar with humans, especially older humans as that was one of my specialties when in practice.
I am not as facile on computers as I had to be when in practice, everything is computer now and in order to update any patient we had to put our finger on the computer fingerprint pad. When we were behind in records we would wryly say "I've got to go give a [patient/nurse/medical records] the finger". And in that line of work, sometimes the issue was something that we didn't want to diagnose like cancer.
So give "Hilltopdude" [HTD] some latitude. I know we are all getting older, and I enjoy reading these posts so I can seem less clueless each time I go back to a family gathering - but I'll bet HTD is beside himself with this "haywire instruments or haywire engine function" and feels foolish after posting the issue when the dealership has attempted things more than 5 times and gotten nowhere. If it were me - and I no longer own any farm equipment bigger than a Troy-bilt tiller - I would be checking the blogs I've posted on twice a day. This HTD is at a loss, is able to use a computer to check the internet when it occurs to him - but whether he is all there or has internet access issues or has taken earlier advice and had his attorney have the tractor & pieces moved elsewhere is not clear to me either. Or maybe he is living on "retirement time" and he'll check in after a few more days to see if anyone responded.....us old retired guys have our own sense of time!

I would appreciate any wisdom offered. I have a 2020 Workmaster75, it has been in the dealership since 10-2024.
They have not found the problem as of yet. I have contacted corperate and they are trying to help. problem is the dealership lost every expierenced tech on staff.
the tractor has been taken apart several times, and several parts have been replaced to no availe.
Has any one on here had the same or like situation and how did you resolve it.
I dont think that my tractor will ever be solid with all the things that were tried with out success.
The engine bay and dashboard have been opened up by the dealership account over 5 times.
The only tech at the dealership was hired and sent thru a two week class that lasted the entire month of Novemeber.
I bought this tractor when i retired from my day job thinking this would be the one the kids would have to get rid of in the auction when i'm gone..
Like i said the rep from cooperate jumped on the situation, but i am still getting reports of the dealership of waiting on a part, getting new codes for yet another system on the
machine.
Keep talking with corporate and insist they intervene with a solution.

I would be checking to see what might be covered under your states lemon laws. I used that tactic once by sending a copy to corporate and lo and behold the parts that didn’t exist showed up at the dealership with my name on them 48 hrs. Later.

I have been a Gm Technician for 46 years retiring in 2018, but I still have over hundred thousand plus in tools (scan to and lab scopes). But there are not every many experience technicians, the training a certifications to be a master GM and ASE and to stay up to date with training is a full time job. Tractors are very technical and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information and manufacturer information. Starting after 2006 the quality of GM and other products never recovered. Good mechanics have an instinct. To repair these, it takes good information and duplication of the concern. Its time to take it to another repair facility and have then reimburse for non-repair It sounds like it’s out of warranty, if it still get firm with the factory.
