Why can't people post in the private party sales forum?

I understand the need to prevent spam, but why cant most people post there? I've been on here for a couple years & have over 2000 posts & as far as I know in good standing, yet still can't post.

Yes, thanks Muhammad. I would also like to see a button to separate private party ads from dealer ads.
