Got me a new project toy

Just acquired this 110 RF. Its been sitting in storage in an old rail road box car for a number oof years.
I cleaned the fuel system and the carburetor, installed a new battery, new drive belts and got it started.

How did it go, changing out the new drive belts? Have to take off a lot of parts, or is it pretty straight forward?

Were the variable pulley's pretty free of rust from the storage?

Belts, not so bad. Took a little TLC on the variable pulley, works great now
