Really pleased with my Titan SSQA forks. They fit very well on both tractors. I bought the Titan extensions too.

That is a good looking tractor. Any details on it like tire size and brand? Are those a standard size tire?

SD:

It's a New Holland TL100A with original tires.

Not usually that clean though.

Those are one thing that work in HF

HAH! we still disagree.. Of all the things I like in HF, the step bits are one of the few things I thought were unacceptable. Garandman has it right in they work great in light gage steel or plastic fairly well. But any steel of higher than sheet metal gage and they wear out so fast they are only good for plum bobs afterwards :)

New great tool discovered today.. I reclaimed ~600ft of field fence yesterday and today. I bought the 10" fence pliers/staple puller.. for 9.99 (forgot my coupon). A gazillion pulled staples later and they are still in great shape and grab even the gnarliest staple very well. Well worth the money spent, they even have rudimentary wire cutters built into the outside edge. The mesh wire is 14 gage and the top and bottom wires are 10 gage. It had no problem cutting either size

I have the 10 ton porta power, like IT found a deal on craigslist that was un-pass-upable* at $60 for what looked like an unused set. It's not something that gets used a lot, but it is one of those things that when you need it it's hard to beat. Besides straightening a pretty good bow in my Bobcat rops, I mostly use it to position things that can't be clamped otherwise for welding, like pressing in the middle of a flat sheet to get it tight against the rail.

*I know that it's not a real word.

Now ......... Back to regular programming.

I've been looking at the Harbor Freight hydraulic hole punch set and their 10 ton hydraulic equipment kit.

Hydraulic Punch Driver w/ 5 Hydraulic Punches & Dies

1 ton Super Heavy Duty Portable Hydraulic Equipment Kit

Anyone have experience with either?

I have the Hydraulic Punch and it works OK. I done electrical work (retired now) and we used Greenlee Hydraulic Punches. I thought this one worked the same with the hole going all the way through the ram as that would be useful for other things besides cutting holes but it don't have the through hole. I only looked at the pictures as they never had them in stock and its a little deceiving the way its pictured. HF brand you screw the threaded pin up into the ram instead of it going all the through with a nut on top. It still does as it says and cuts holes. I use a 7/8" holesaw for the pilot or some people use the step bits.

The Greenlee equipment we used was top of the line but way to expensive for home use. I do have a Rachet Type Greenlee punch.

The clerks at the HF's I frequent often have a 20% coupon under the counter they will offer you if you don't have your own.

I need a bigger air compressor but I won't let myself put all that money down for a HE tool
