TZ22 Steering wheel removal

I have a New Holland TZ 22 and it will not start. Glow plug light will not come on. Dealership said they believe it is the starter switch. I need to remove the steering wheel to remove panel to get to switch. I have removed Steering wheel nut, but I can not get the steering wheel to move. Any ideas?

Seems I was into one of those late last summer. Same type issue (key switch)and same problem with the steering wheel. I use a small bearing separator clamped under the wheel hub and a two bolt puller bar and screw. I've used this setup on many a steering wheel, and MOST come off without damage.

Thanks for the reply. I got it off with a bunch of PB blaster, knees under wheel, and light taps with hammer on spindle. Now to get the old switch out of dash
