Drew, with ribs, as with most meat, low and slow, as suggested indirect heat is best. But they can be awesome in the slow cooker as well.

It would take about a dozen of them to make a pair of gloves. A jacket might have major species repercussions

I'm going to try some BB ribs in my pressure cooker next weekend. Just a single rack cut in two to experiment.

I've done pressure cooker, taste great but texture is different, not bad though. I prefer the taste slow cooked, but if time is important, pressure cooker works well.

I've done pressure cooker, taste great but texture is different, not bad though. I prefer the taste slow cooked, but if time is important, pressure cooker works well.

Yep, just an experiment. I much prefer them off our smoker. It's supposed to rain all next week so, since I will be doing inside shop projects and smoker is at the shop may do a brisket and some ribs on the smoker too.

My wife has no desire to cozy up to any bears in the neighborhood!
The little critter is a weasel. They turn white during the winter. That one still has
a bit of brown fur left. The photos were taken on Dec. 24, 2012, but no snow on
the ground at that time. Later that winter, we saw him several times peaking up
out of the snow banks in the same area that the photos were taken. If you
search out 'weasel' on google, you'll see many photos of them and they can be
very vicious when seeking food.
