Cab Regrets?

One of the things I like about a cab is if I decided to do a bit of bush hogging, say an hour before my "Man of the Year" or "Nobel Prize" ceremony, I would have to put on my work boots, clothes and bug spray, go mow then come home strip down in the garage, come in, shower etc., out on different clothes in time to make it turning one hour of work into at least a two to three hour block of time. With a cab, I can just go mow in comfort step off the tractor into my limo and off I go...:cool2:

How many hours a day do you guys spend on your tractors???

Que up most interesting man voice over. I don't usually tractor every day but when I do I prefer a cab. I once shook my own hand just see what it felt like.

Seriously. I could spend sun up into the night on my tractor but time is a hot commodity for me.

I want to say the price difference is around $3,500 but worth every penny for me this winter blowing snow and **** worth every penny this weekend when i was field mowing and it was dusty as heck and 100*!!!!

If buying a cab will set you back to the point of no food or clothes, then don't get it. Otherwise, go for it. You will not regret it.

An A/C heated cab on a tractor is like having a pillow for your head on a bed that you sleep on every night. Not an essential, but it is such a comfort that you just gotta have it when you get a bit older. In the long run, you get every penny back when you sell or trade the tractor This is especially true in the winter. I would not even consider buying a personal-use tractor without a cab for winter use.. It might be debatable for summer use in my farm area, but tghne blackflies kind of seal the deal, for me...I can of bug spray a day @ 10..00 per can is mebbe 250 bucks a month..or 500 per year...Cab pays for itself in 10 years. in a bad winter, it pays for itself every cold day...So it is a no-brainer, I think, if you can afford it at all.

Was using tractor the other day and it would rain then stop and out comes the sun, 85-90% Humidity plus 95 out I would have soaked and called it a day, Instead I just kept rocking to the radio and working
