What will it require to add a hydraulic line (pressure and return). I want to get a 3-point hydraulic log splitter.

Where are the locations for installing lines to the rear of the tractor? Will I be able to use "standard" metric plumbing?

If you have a loader, pull the fluid from the power beyond of the loader valve.

Is your tractor open center or closed center hyd?

What attachments do you have now?

Do yo have a hyd block?

Do you have a pressure line gong back to the 3pt input?

You need to setup a pressure line QD at the back so you can plug n the log splitter.

If you need the 3pt and log splitter, you need a log splitter valve with PB, so you can have full hyd for everything. .

Here are pics of my 3510 rear hydraulic connections for my Chinese Backhoe.
The fittings are available at a good hydraulics shop and I put an adjustable pressure release (aluminum block) in the circuit for my own peace of mind.
I always store it with the hoses connected as shown.

Can you post the page from the manual about the two ports you use for the log splitter.

Do you still have use of the 3pt?

Does the relief valve have a tee fitting for the relief pressure and is it also the the tank line for the log splitter?

Where is the input port for the 3pt?

Hey Stimw, can you tell me which port on your Branson is the Supply and return in the pictures you shared? The one where the banjo crossover bolts are. Thanks

If you look at the first pic, supply is the front one.
If you look I have the female connector on that line. If the male connector was on it and it was unplugged Hyd fluid would come out.
