BX25 King kutter install questions.

Need help with hows to measure shaft.

Also I have the shaft split right now the tractor half is hooked up, the tiller half only slides over shaft about 1 inch , this cant be right am i missing something?

Also how do i measure and cut down the shafts?

Does the shaft that goes on the tiller how does that stay on that bolt?

Pictures are worth a thousand words , let us see exactly what you have . Do you have some type of clutch system ? If not you will need a sheer bolt to protect your tractor pto . The two shafts will need more than 1 inch overlap for sure , sounds like you need a longer one for your tractor. Did you watch the you tube video Zick pointed you too , that should answer most questions ?

After watching the video, I called them and they were very helpful , got it on and running but ran out of daylight.

Does anyone know if pats easy change will work with this? That's on my wish list if it will work.

I dont know if they will work with that particular implement, a pic of the 2 pins would help. But i have them and they work great. They only thing they dont work on is my ballast box. Gonna have to get a different model.

I had quick hitches and couldn't use them with my tiller because it had to much slack on one which kept breaking a piece and the other quick hitch extended the tiller back to far for the shaft and I believe that was my Pats..
