The fact is over 70% of potential buyers live where diesel is $1.00 more per gallon. That's going to hurt sales.

The price spread has deepened lately. Here is what it is at the closest station to me right now. Over $1.00 spread. 40% higher than gasoline today.

A gasser only has to get 20 mpg on the highway to compete with the ram ecodiesel with this price spread. I'd take the hemi if a Dodge fan.
