New paragraph problem and can't find My Settings

For some reason I cannot drop a line when pressing Enter to start a new paragraph. I remember having the problem before. I was probably using IE 7 or 8 at that time, now I am using IE 10 and the problem still exists. Also, where are My Settings located so I can double check I have the correct email under my account? Thanks

Click on "My Home" at the top of the page and then scroll down.
